The contemporary world order changes fundamentally and rapid. So we need to reconsider its values and structures (peace and war as absolute opposite, the wholeness of states and the processes of globalization, postindustrial labor). The philosophy of social action allows to solve this problem on a new theoretical level. The task of the project is to develope langages and tools of cognition for contemporary processes wich create and transform global world order.
